Camptech Roof Rafter Pole for Full Awnings inc. Buckingham DL 3MT

The Camptech Roof Rafter Pole is a specialised accessory designed for use with Camptech's full awning range, including models; Cayman, Savanna DL, Atlantis DL and Buckingham DL 3MT. These roof rafter poles serve a specific purpose of providing additional support and tension to areas in the awning roof where there might be loose fabric or potential pooling of water.

The installation of these roof rafter poles is relatively easy. Users need to first ensure that you have a Unilock Bracket Pad, which is not included with the Roof Rafter poles. The Unilock Bracket Pad is a separate component that attaches to the awning internal plastic piping that rests against the caravan.

Once the Unilock Bracket Pad is in place, the Roof Rafter poles can be used. To install them, follow these steps:

1. Insert the roof rafter poles into the Unilock Bracket Pad.
2. Extend the roof rafter poles to the desired length, depending on the depth of your awning. This extension feature allows customisation, ensuring a proper fit for various awning depths up to 3 meters (Buckingham DL).
3. With the roof rafter pole extended to the appropriate length, clamp it onto the existing front pole of your awning.
